Today I have a lot of great news. We are glad and grateful for the continuous prayer support!

The 3-year evaluation was today. It was very positive and constructive. The team consisting of 3 representatives from the authorities who sign the contract with us were in the Masoria office and got a presentation. After that they wanted to see some documents, which were all there, and asked questions. After talking for about 1.5 hours, we went from the office to the project and the team interviewed 5 employees without us. The feedback was positive, and they once again said how excited they were about what great benefits there are here, and how familiar the team feels. They then shared strengths, weaknesses and suggestions and had lunch and coffee with us. Then we exchanged numbers and they went back to their offices.

Negotiations with the landlord are still ongoing. He wants to almost double, which is really cheeky and something we can't agree to. Please pray that we can find an agreement as far as the price and length of the contract.

We have also had interviews for a new coordinator. These have been very good and we will make a decision by tomorrow. Please pray that we decide on the right coordinator.and also continue to pray for unity in the team. THANK YOU!

The proposal process is in full swing. Everyone is contributing and either backing me up or meeting with other NGOs or agencies to coordinate certain things. Tomorrow, for example, we have a meeting with the director of the private preschool we have a contract with to talk about how to move forward.

Oh yes and one more thing: our car is re-registered and now officially belongs to us Bodes.
